My wife and I took a few days off in sunny, snowy Devon just before Christmas.  I captured the photo above at sunrise, on the first snowfall.  The only prints in the snow are from the resident peacocks.

Little did we know at that time that such a beautiful change would cause such havoc. 

Like any change, all the potential risks need to be evaluated and a plan needs to be ready to spring into action to ensure business continuity.  Some businesses have performed well.  Others have lost millions and many customers, at such a crucial time in their financial year.

Based on his experiences throughout his Operations career and as the Director responsible for Business Continuity in a prominent Blue Chip Company and running similar scenarios for the Forces, John has run exercises with Site Management teams including their teams of HR, Security, First Aiders, Environmental Health & Safety, Operations, Facilities, Manufacturing and so on to open their eyes and practice their response in a table top, but realistic exercises.
